FANTASYLAND LEAGUE 3 - DECEMBER 2010 - FINAL RESULT

Union Süsswasserspass (Luxembourg) was far ahead from the beginning and became the champion of League 3. RSCA De Bockerijders (Holland) had to use all their efforts to stay with the first 4 teams, but at the end they even ended on 2nd place. Also newcomer VafL Siebenwolken-Glückstag (Germany) and Rapid Tiroler Jodelvagabunden (Austria) will promote to the 2nd League.
4 teams will compete to try in getting a place in the 2nd League: 1.FC Wodan Moselland (Germany), Royal Haute Botrange (Belgium) (surprising), FC Zwarte Panters (Holland) and Olympclub 04 Larsen (Germany).
Vientofuerte del Babalcazar (Spain) came instead of Orion Babalcazar Desertscorpions and ended still on a deserved 9th place. Baía Belavontade dos Golfinhos (Brazil) came also in the middel of the championship instead of the financial struggling Santo Nicholas Primeiro de Julho. The lowest team was FC Optimistik Spitzborg that substituted the disappointing Alohaleakalakiki Surfturtles (Hawaii USA), but they couldn´t prepare themselves properly. For sure next season they will be playing for the top of the league.

Winterkingforest Wrens (England) is the reining champion over Meridian Mutluluk (Turkey). SPQR (Imperium Romanum) was the ultimate favorite by winning all games until they met Winterkingforest. Meridian Mutluluk won until semi-finals surprisingly over Paradisio Alegre das Laranjeiras (now: Paraíso Alegre das Corujas).

RVC´76 Huybergen is champion with 2 points ahead of Paraíso Alegre das Corujas (Brazil) and the surprising strong Bonbini Flamingos (Caribbean Curaçao).
4 teams will degrade to the 2nd League: Xingfu Lóng Dragon Warriors (China), Grüssgott Montafon (Austria), Batavia Zomereyk (Holland) and Goesting Plezantegem (Belgium). The 4 best placed teams of the 2nd League will substitute them.
4 teams will have to deal with play-offs against the 5th to 8th placed teams of the 2nd League:
Meridian Mutluluk (Turkey), Triatlético Uirapuru (Brazil), Bartholomäberg (Austria) and Undravhit Jólasveinnlandi (Finland).

HCL: BIG REVANCHE OF VIAJEDELASUEÑA!
The biggest surprise of Round 2 - Leg 2 is that Viajedelasueña took revanche on RSCA De Bockerijders, who had won with 4-0 the first game. Viajedelasueña won with the same numbers, but were even better with the penalties. The most important game in Group B is Megastralianza against Austria Sturm. AS thought they had enough on a 2-0 result, but Megastralianza won 2-0 as well and were better with the penalties (5-4). In Group A, Weintracht Moselland couldn´t show their goal of superiority. Delphi Apollon could control the game. Excepcionale against Leeuw van Brabant was the thriller of Group A. Excepcionale could score in the last minute, so that the total result was 1-1. The penalties were in favour of the Tierra del Fuego- team with a fantastic Remy Breugelhof.

HCL 2010: MONSTRUOUS VICTORY FOR DAUPHINE MAUXIN
After an upgrade of the current players, Dauphine Mauxin Paris had no problem with runner-up Oasis Atlantis, 6-1. Even with a small base, the flying forwards could do whatever they wanted, especially Danny Rodriguez and Coruja.
Other remarkable results: Kaap Alottafaith could defeat Signal Botrange. Formigueiro thought that they could have a chance against Bavaria Neuschwanstein, but they were swept away from the field. REKC Eels Elftal played for the first time as a combination, directly against Barcelona. It was a blood, sweat and tears that REKC Eels Elftal could get the result of 2-1. Normally it wouldn´t be a problem for Barcelona to win in the home game.
Creativo Alfavilliano showed that they are a worthy substitute for the Alphavillians.
In Group C it got almost only withdrawals. Only PSV showed their superiority against Luccembourgia (the current champion of Liga Gallia - Edition October 2010). For sure that Super VC, Maravillajoyosa, Xingfu Warriors, Amazonas will continue.
Triatlético CDS managed to play 0-0 against the superior SPQR. Let´s see if the name chance from AS Pastia to AS Cipressiaggio can change also the result against Super VC.

Fortuna Hedonium tried to recover from earlier defeats in the competition, but Brominia won easily with 3-0. The top game was of course Austria Sturm - Megastralianza. Both teams are on the same level with wonderful individual players. At the end, Gutmar Gartner showed his difference in this game.
