UPDATE TEAMS - name changes & substitutes

ZVV Orakles Koekeloere (Bel) = ZVV Orakles Awelzulle.
after the disappointing Belgian competition they decided to fuse with Koekeloere.

VfL Bad Fingerspitzen (Ger) = VfL Fingerspitzen. They added "Bad" to their name, because they are playing now for the city Rostock.

Fontaine de la Sagesse (Fra) = Olympclub Überallschnee/Immerzuhausen (Ger). The German team from Rostock got substituted by the Wise from France.

Ringiovanirese (Ita) = Yogya Beijing Allstars. As their is no competition anymore in Asia, they were the only one left and the competition of America or Europa didn´t want to add them. FWSF decided that there must a competition with at least 3 teams. Italy applied for 1 more team.

El Sur del Norte Vitalidad (Ven) = San Domingo University Humpbacktails (USA).  SDU didn´t succeed to stay in FD2. Although they defeated Arc-en-ciel des Fraises (new champion of Liga Gallia Feb2011) in Hedonium Cup, but got unlucky against Super VC Zeemeeuwen.

VITRUVIA HOCHZAUBERKASTEL - CHAMPION FANTASYLAND DIVISION 1 - JAN 2011 !!!

The big champion after a long winding season is VITRUVIA HOCHZAUBERKASTEL (Germany). For a long time they had SV Wolvendoedels as main opponent. But SV Wolvendoedels sold their best players to other teams (especially FC Sintjorisdrakendam). Only RVC´76 Huybergen could follow them until 4 points distance. The Germans have a very balanced team, with star playmaker HANS BASFECK. The best player of all competitions and topscorers with most goals.

Viajedelasueña Babalcazar (Spain) could defend their first place the last games with an excellent team. Even the last game against 2nd placed V.A.V.O. was no problem anymore. Players like Maël Champignon, Rino Ceronte, Vicente Valente, Friso Koelma, Guido Rivièro, Urban Moustacho, Leon Hubertjean will have the big challenge to be better than their local rival Maravillajoyosa.

Besides Viajedelasueña Babalcazar also V.A.V.O. (NL), Castillo de Arena de León (Argentina) and RSCA De Bockerijders will go directly to Fantasyland Division 1.
4 teams will go to the play-offs: Triatlético Uirapuru (Brazil), Bartholomäberg (Aus), SK Austria Sturm (Aus) and Apollonaniketos (Greece) who could win on scored goals over Standaard Liefkesboom-Puit (Bel).
On the bottom 4 teams will go directly to FD3: San Domingo University (USA), FC Wish upon Rainbow´s End (Sco), Rapid Tiroler Jodelvagabunden (Aus) and Real Ziggazagga (Spain).
4 teams will go to the play-offs for FD2/3: Goesting Plezantegem (Bel), FC Koning Bataaf (NL), VfL Fingerspitzen (Ger) and Grüssgott Montafon (Aus).

EC CARRANCABACANA (BRAZIL) CHAMPION DIVISION 3 (JAN2011)!!!

EC Carrancabacana is the superior champion and will go directly to Division 1.
The 2nd to 5th placed teams will go directly to Division 2: Torre d´Ivori (Spain), Ibivotutatangá (Brazil), Stonehengeshire FC (England) and FC Gänztöllgenau (Switzerland).
The 6th to 9th placed teams need to dispute a small competition with 4 teams from Division 2 to earn a place: Boa Inspiração (Brazil), Bioritmo La Astralianza (Mexico), Olympclub Immerzuhausen (Germany) and Blueswimmingpool United (Ireland). Unfortunately, Universe (Italy) still didn´t succeed to be in the top and needs to try in the next season.

After FWSF evaluated that the name DAVO wasn´t that possitive, but rather selfish, it changed to VAVO. it means Voor Altijd Vol Optimisme (For Always Full Optimism).

BOA INSPIRAÇÃO COMPLAINS ABOUT DECISION OF FWSF IN HEDONIUM CUP

Boa Inspiração, the new team from Brazil, is certainly not satisfied with the decision of FWSF to keep the result from the first game of Apollonaniketos - Kenpuscenetnici in the Hedonium Cup 2011. The first game ended 4-0. Boa Inspiração complains that this result puts them already in a big disadvantage, while they don´t have any connection with the Russian team. FWSF reacted that they will evaluate the official complaint. The conclusion of this evaluation will follow next week.
